You will join the live 60-minute Google Meet class where we will go through basic pranayama (breathing techniques), a gentle warm-up, core beginner-friendly asanas, and a deeply relaxing cool-down. It’s your chance to experience Rituparna's teaching style and see how your body feels before making any larger commitments.

What equipment do I need to attend the online class?

All you need is a yoga mat (or a thick blanket/carpet), comfortable clothing, and a smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection. Just find a quiet corner in your home where you have enough space to stretch your arms and legs.

I suffer from lower back pain / neck stiffness. Can I still join?

During the sessions, she provides personalized corrections to ensure you aren't straining yourself.
